MEDITERRANEAN-SPANISH CUISINE AT YOUR OWN HOLIDAY HOME, EVERYTHING PREPARED FRESH FROM SCRATCH WITH LOCAL PRODUCE.

Our tasting menus are made to have a selection of food for everyone,you can swoop food platters around or suggest some of your favorite choice.

The food will be served in our platters to go in the middle of the table or in a buffet style for you to share with family and friends.

(All  in the middle of the table at same time, party style )

Tomato and serrano ham crostini

Bread and mojos dips 

Mixed salad with canarian cheese 

Beef and pork meatballs with tomato sauce

Paella of chorizo and red peppers

Breast of chicken with a delicious curcuma and ras el hanout coconut creamy sauce

  • ALTERNATIVE DISHES FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS COELIAC,LACTOSE GLUTEN FREE OR OTHER CAN BE ARRANGED.
  • HOW IT WORKS – A normal day routine would be; we bake cakes or prepare desserts in the morning at home,we do all the shopping mid morning/early afternoon,we would then arrive at your place by 15.00hrs,(every thing will be prepared from scratch so we need at list 4 hours to cook one of our menu degustation), we serve the aperitif at 19.30hrs followed by the dinner table service at 20.00hrs,we clear and wash up and then say goodbye.

I offer authentic Mediterranean/European restaurant-style cuisine , prepared and served in the comfort of your holiday home ,i am based in tenerife but I can travel anywhere and anytime. I am a well-traveled chef ,I worked and lived in eleven different countries around the globe .I love cooking and give the real spice of life. Traveling and moving abroad offer me incredible opportunities to immerse in a new culture, language ,food and way of life. Once settled in a host country,I had to face things in a completely different way and adapt my new way of thinking to the new daily life. All those ingredients have created my cooking inspiration style wich i would describe it as original and authentic as it actually expresses all my knowledge and passions in a specific dinner event.
